After many rain delays and track cleanings the  Islanders had only

one shot to qualify, the start was strong and the 60 fot at 0,92 is a

new PB but the dragster went into bad tireshake after the 60 fot and

Paul Ingar needed to lift the throtle.... The 6,01 ET from this run did

not put us in the 8 car field for the eliminations.... Now we are looking

forward for round 3 at Mantorp park 23-26/7.

Islanders are racing the 2'nd round of the FIA championship at Alastaro

Finland this weekend ( 2-5/7 ) We will try to uppdate the results from the track
